Before you sign up
The questions operators ask us most often.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. We never touch the money a traveller pays you. The subscription is the whole of what you pay us, and the trip payment is arranged directly between you and your traveller.
What does the revenue figure on the dashboard actually show?
An estimate, and it is labelled as one. Since we do not process your bookings, we work it out from the per-head budget on each trip multiplied by the travellers you accepted. It is a good indicator of a departure’s size, not an accounting record.
Can I try it before paying for a year?
You can create the account, set up your agency profile and look around the dashboard before you pay anything. The trip and client screens unlock once a subscription is active - Starter is ₹199 a month if you want to begin small.
What happens when my year runs out?
You keep read access to your own trips and clients for two weeks after expiry, so nothing is ever held hostage while you sort out a renewal. Renewing early adds the new year on top of whatever is left, so you never lose days by paying ahead.
Is my agency account the same as a member account?
No. It is a separate login with its own dashboard. An agency does not appear in the member directory and does not need a travel membership.
Can I change plan later?
Any time. Moving up takes effect as soon as the payment clears and adds a fresh year on top of the days you have left, so you never lose time by upgrading mid-term.
